1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the n9995 platform — whether via web browser, mobile application, or any other means — you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other guidelines or addendums published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between n9995 and you.

n9995 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Failure to provide satisfactory documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on n9995. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. n9995 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees may apply as communicated in the Platform's fee schedule, where applicable.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. n9995 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, n9995 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on n9995 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to process proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n9995, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of funds due to your failure to safeguard account credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Errors in odds, prices, or game results caused by manifest technical errors, subject to our right to void such bets.
• Any decisions you make regarding your participation in games or sports betting markets.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Privacy & Data

11. Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraudulent activity or association with money laundering.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, n9995 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, legitimate balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

You may choose to close your account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Amendments to Terms

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents n9995 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Players based in Pakistan acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gaming. n9995 makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any specific Pakistani province or territory beyond what is communicated in our licensing disclosures.
